At Ravera Diamonds, we are dedicated to ensuring your beautiful lab-grown diamond jewelry reaches you safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping practices and procedures.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [e.g., 1-3 business days] after receiving your order confirmation email and successful payment verification.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or if your order requires special customization or verification, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

2. Shipping Destinations & Costs

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):
    • We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
    • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
      • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within [e.g., 3-7 business days] after processing.
      • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within [e.g., 1-3 business days] after processing. 
  • International Shipping:
    • At this time, we primarily ship to addresses within the United States.
    • We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).   
  • You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available after you receive the confirmation.   

4. Shipping Carriers

  • We partner with reputable shipping carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS to deliver your orders. The carrier used will depend on the shipping method selected and your location.

5. Shipping Insurance & Security

  • All Ravera Diamonds shipments are fully insured for their purchase value until the time of delivery to ensure your precious items are protected against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
  • For security reasons, a signature may be required upon delivery for orders over a certain value or for specific delivery locations.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. Ravera Diamonds is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or failure to claim, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)

  • Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
  • The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.   
  • Ravera Diamonds has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.   

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your order, in the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at info@raveradiamonds.com.
  • Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods if applicable, as they may be needed for filing a claim with the carrier. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

  • We can ship to P.O. Boxes via [Carrier, e.g., USPS]. However, expedited shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.
