At Ravera Diamonds, your satisfaction is our priority. We’re here to ensure you love your jewelry, but if for any reason you’re not completely happy, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to give you peace of mind.

45-Day Return & Exchange Period

We offer a 30-day window from the delivery date to return or exchange your engagement rings, wedding bands, or jewelry. If your purchase isn’t quite right, let us know and we’ll take care of the rest.

Free & Insured Return Shipping

We make returns and exchanges simple with free prepaid return labels for secure, fully insured FedEx/UPS priority shipping in US, and Blue Dart for India. 

How to Start Your Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Begin the process by reaching out to our customer service team. They will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and return authorization number.

  2. Prepare Your Return: Follow the packing instructions provided in your email and drop your package off at an authorized FedEx location.

  3. Refund Processing: Once your return arrives at our facility, we’ll process your refund within two weeks, crediting the original payment method.

Note: All returns must be received within the 30-day period to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Additional Terms

  • Grading Certificate: For diamond returns, include the original grading certificate. Missing certificates will incur a $100 recertification fee, deducted from your refund.
